@FitZoner1 Okay - tried it now! I tried them towards the end of my weights workout and before that I did a 45 minute extreme spin. I managed 12 before my breathing/heart rate maxed out! Phew! Don't think I would last long in one of your classes! And I don't reckon on trying the 65 just yet! The weight in the video must have been at least 45lb? Thanks again.
@FitZoner1 Thanks for the encouragement. I only started working out seriously just over 3 years ago and at age 49 now I reckon I started a little late. But I'm so loving seeing the progress and getting fitter and stronger. Thanks again for you videos.
Thanks. That is helpful. I will give it a go. male/intermediate seems enough for me!

Another toughie! What weights would you recommend on the bar? M/F, beginner, intermediate, advanced?

@rolandsc - Beginners female/male 15/20 lbs, intermediate 25/45 lbs, advanced 45/65 and up. Great Q.

@rolandsc Nice job! Yup the weight Lizz is using here is 45 lbs. Scale as needed and keep rocking.
