crysis is the "spiritual" sequel, cus its made by the same people,but only the publishers for this game had the rights for the name "far cry", so in a way far cry has two sequels - far cry 2 and crysis.

Kinda, but when you think about it there are none because Far Cry 2 has nothing to do with it at all and neither does Crysis.

Doesn't look as good as Crysis either- Ubisoft should have left it with Crytek.

yea, and if u have a island and no trigens, its still far cry. if u have no island and no trigens but jack carver,its still far cry 2. if it has trigens but no island and no jack carver, its STILL far cry 2. But, ubisoft said no jack, island, or trigen. How is this Far cry!?

Far cry 2 is good and bad...they got rid of everything that made far cry itself...the monsters the enhanced humans, even the main character. It looks like a good game, but i'm just angry at it for scrapping everything.

If the multiplayer doesn't feature a map maker that's as awsome as the one in the previous games then it's gonna be worse then them, no matter how good the graphics are.

Thats right, its going to be a bit more tactical this time round. If you go nuts and kill lots of people quickly you will white out. The screen goes white (funnyly enough) and you wake up with everyone dead and your guns busted up! Your gonna have to creep around a bit I think, sounds awesome!

Yeah, I mean there are no tactics in Far Cry whatsoever, I mean you won't get killed in less then a minute if you roun out into the open shooting people in Far Cry!
