Ciao, si fa ridere e' vero! ma salue (salve), levando l'accento, l'ha pronunciato bene. Nel latino antico la v si pronunciava u, non esisteva il suono v. si pronunciavano anche i dittonghi. la pronuncia che ci hanno insegnato a scuola e' quella ecclesiastica, piu' simile all'italiano.

True. Maybe I'll add those. This one is simple. He is saying,

"Salve Iupiter, pater, optime maxime, omnipotens rex deorum hominumque. Salve Apollo, medice. Salve Minerva. Salvete, O dii et deae."

In English: "Greetings, Jupiter, father, greatest and best, omnipotent king of the gods and humanity. Greetings, Apollo, healer. Greetings Minerva. Greetings, O Gods and Goddesses."

He greets other deities, too: "Salve, Minerva", et. al.
