*select all on what u want in the album

*right click *get info

*go along tabs to sorting & type down an artist in SORT ARTIST then SORT ALBUM ARTIST then ALBUM

its not an album cover flow its an album by artist cover flow, you select the artist n the album cover they have you for it then it shows you the whole album

either that or your songs just arent named properly.

I know your problem. Though it is an album, each son has a different artist, and that's what its going by. I use WMP with my iPod, when I ran into a problem like that, I just changed/modified the artist to all the same, so it would be under one album. As for moving it fast and losing your pictures. that iPod uses an actual hard drive, and it needs to catch up which can take a few seconds.

Have you checked the info on each song because you might need to check that. The reason it takes a while for the artwork to come up is because when your scrolling through your covers the Ipod need to open the harddrive and load up the artwork which takes up a slight bit of memory on the harddrive. I don't think its a big deal but your obviously very impatient.

I know why each individual song is displayed as an album, but i ain't telling ;P

Plus i think that ipods have a memory card in them, but slow ones so there fore when you scroll the pictures lags a bit. Plus i think its because the picture is big so therefore it needs time to load up the picture file, so the more memory the better. Just like a computer.

As for the scroll lagging, then it must be your fingers, sometimes if its moist or too dry then the scroll wont detect for a brief moment

you probably didnt label all your songs properly. if the artist name or album isnt exactly the same name in all the files then it will make believe its a whole other album. even the caps have to be the same on the text. or if theres a space after a album name, that will mess it up too. hope this helps!

Dude, the reason your albums are all screwed up is because your library isn't properly tagged/indexed. Retag/reindex all your songs and albums, and they'll show up on the ipod correctly.

Its not the fault of the ipod. It's that you have to carefully organize/re-index your songs/albums in Itunes (by right-clicking on the song, choosing "get info" and then go to the INFO tab, where you can edit everything), and then resync them onto your ipod. That should do the trick. Good luck!

You have tagged your tracks incorrectly , its not th ipods fault.

I had this on my ipod , you just have to correctly group the tracks for the album - thi s happens also on albums that have multiple artists or composers , just gotta group them correctly.

I wouldn't define it sluggish.. probably you haven't seens how coverflow runs on windows vista on my pc (a64, 7800gs, 1,5 ddr.. should be enough for coverflow since it runs smoothly oblivion :D).. THAT is definitively sluggish.. I would pay gold to have this smoothness on windows..

And if you have too many covers just remove them manually from each track by right clicking them on Itunes and selecting the "Artwork" tab. And anyway it is supposed to show the covers on any audio files you have on the Ipod so whats wrong. Just group any of your songs under all of the same details. I think your problem is not the fault of your Ipod. Just message me if you need help.

The problem of several covers for the same album may stem from the way you have your songs labeled in iTunes. Under song info try un-checking "Part of a compilation" and also make sure that you have the same artist name for each track (i.e. Various Artists). Also, it looks like you have a different cover or picture for each song... maybe that is why it is appearing in cover flow.

I have exactly the same problem. Well I Don't want to declare the artist as "Various Artist" for the whole Sampler when I know the Names of the artists on this compilation. I should do enough to have the same Album Name for those songs but it doesn't.

I am against pornography of any kind. These album covers are from European dance compilations. They are known as Eurodance. In Europe, I am told that female toplessness is quite common in magazine ads as well as at beaches. I did not photograph the album covers, but I highly recommend Eurodance music as it is very cheerful and uplifting. I own several iPods and this was what I was placing on this one at the time it crashed.

About having duplicate albums, that's an easy fix. In iTunes, choose to organize you songs by album, not artist or name.

If you go into iTunes, right click on Get Info for a set of songs, you should change the "Album artist" field to something like "Various Artists". This joins the songs together in cover flow, but keeps the album and artist fields intact.
