In their day, and still - like hawkwind/Kraftwerk/Neu/can etc...were very much among the best of the 'Smarter bands', boiling in the progressive surf at that time. Some of the melodies have lasted well, many infact -great stuff!

This band tapped a serious primal vein of dark psychedelia like no other band ever managed. And tot hink they still made such magic 30 years after their heydey is glorious. I think they look pretty good. And sound just as disturbing as ever. Perfect.

Amon Duul lives forever. With good old Danny Fischelscher in stead of Peter Leopold who died in 2006. Duul is preparing for a major European tour scheduled for spring 2009 with the running title 40 years. And I will be there!!! Because they indeed are still excellent

Saw them at the Rainbow Theatre in '74, it was a wall of sound and an excellent performance, still listen to them now.

Amazing. They are sooo old looking! I saw Amon Duul II live at Uxbridge way way back in 1972 - mu first ever live band! I had no idea what was going on - all these weird looking freaks smoking funny things...

I love this song for 36 years ! In 70's I was a big fan from Amon Düül II, I saw them in concert in 76 or something like that. Sometimes ADII gives good live performance. Live in London is a quite good performance.
