The 9/11 commission report is not a engineering report. WTC7 had no casualties so their was no need to mention WTC7 in the report. The 9/11 commission also left out the destruction of WTC6 and a church that was completely demolished. WTC7 was not hit by a plane, but it was hit by a 110 story building
