I don't know if you have proto for xbox or something else, but basically, you charge your flying kick (jump high in the air and hold the button for a flying kick) and then, when you hit a target, you should start surfing automatically. What he does is obvious, though I have yet to try it: he throws someone and then dashes towards the targetted person... with a charged flying kick, the rest will be easy.

@36shadowboy Well when I started doing this, I kinda realised it's harder in practice then in theory... but the thing I tend to do wrong is throwing full power. That will make you unable to get to the victim again... oh and don't pick a buidling that's too tall, like gentek:p helicopters might spot you and then you target them in stead of the victim
