Also people love to make Anime Music Videos (AMVs), what you're seeing are AMVs. Its not hard to identify it as an AMV. The obvious part is that any song from IIDX being put on an anime means its an AMV.

Since IIDX is Japanese, of course they'll have Japanese anime studios animate something for them.
