If someone makes a claim that a god exists, and I don't believe it, my position is validated by the fact that they haven't provided evidence to prove that the claim about a god is true. I am not an atheist. But i still found your question interesting. An analogy of this would be like me claiming that i own a car and someone else claiming that they don't own a car. In this case the person claiming that they don't own a car would be the atheist, (since they believe there is no God). How can we ask someone to prove that they don't have a car if they don't have a car? The person who would have something to prove would be the person claiming to have a car (that there is a God).

I am simply non-religious. I am neither Atheist nor any religion. I see all as needing some belief involved since theists have that "God(s) don't have to obey laws" thing going on. I see God(s) as something we shouldn't involve when we consider our morals or actions. I believe in people (though many try to shake my faith). By pretty much every major religious text I'm going to Hell no matter how good I am, so I think most religions (and their books) aren't accurate to their God(s).

Science is there to find out about the physical world and is indifferent about God at the moment there is no evidence for God but if there was then I be happy to be proven wrong, one bible is not enough evidence for a God in fact, is completely useless as evidence(or any holy book for that matter). in some cases lack of evidence is evidence its self! to prove if something happened or not we look at the facts and collate a decision based on those facts, for example to prove that something existed then we look at eye witness accounts, physical evidence and scientific evidence, but if all of them are absent then that in its self is evidence that it did not exist! If someone makes a claim that a god exists, and I don't believe it, my position is validated by the fact that they haven't provided evidence to prove that the claim about a god is true. The burden of proof is on them. I'm not claiming to know for certain there is no god, I'm just saying I haven't seen one shred of evidence to suggest that there is a god. So, as a normal person would not believe in unicorns because there is no proof or evidence, I don't believe in god.

This is an unanswerable question, but not for the reason you think. Atheism, in the way most of us think of it is based in science. What we are learning, through science, is always growing. What we think is the ultimate answer is always expanded on and proven that deeper facets of it exist that we only find out about once we reach a certain threshold of knowledge. No "absolute answer" is possible in science because there is always something more to learn, not because what we learn is incorrect.

In this case the person claiming that they don't own a car would be the atheist, (since they believe there is no God). I am simply non-religious. I am neither Atheist nor any religion. I see all as needing some belief involved since theists have that "God(s) don't have to obey laws" thing going on. I see God(s) as something we shouldn't involve when we consider our morals or actions. I believe in people (though many try to shake my faith). By pretty much every major religious text I'm going to Hell no matter how good I am, so I think most religions (and their books) aren't accurate to their God(s).

The problem with this question is the fact that your belief in God is not the "default" among individuals. If all individuals were Christian, you might be able to make this argument, but the fact is there have been and are thousands of "Gods" which have been considered to be the explanation to how life began.
What Christians need to do is prove that their religious beliefs are the truly 100% correct beliefs in comparison to all other deities and beliefs.

Actually, the burdon of proof lies with the theist. Prove that God exists without 'faith' or 'the Bible tells us so' but with actual identifiable proof and atheist arguments would crumble. That's the scientific method. I see no such evidence for the existence of gods (any of them and there are a lot to choose from), so I remain an atheist. No theist has ever managed to show that proof. And I doubt any theist ever will. Have a nice day!

Nobody 'believes in atheism', it's not a religion, Atheism is NOT believing in things we can't see or prove, and as already stated by others, the burden of proof is on those making a claim (the claim in this case being that god exists)
however in lieu of proof I will give you this - Either God does not exist, or is cruel and therefore not worth worshipping. Just look at the world around us (A world which is unfortunantly becoming more and more religious every day.) Why would god allow this?

God was at first a way of explaining how the world was created, etc... In modern times, we have something called SCIENCE. Some people thought this idea was not true but that is for you to judge. You cannot force anybody to believe in anything they don't want to.

I'm not going to answer that question, because it's wrong. When you ask such questions, you are clearly trying to have a logical approach to the theism\atheism matters. But please, before using logic, learn it properly, ok.
For instance, I myself do not see any undeniable proof that God exists. Then you come along and say "There is God!" From my point of view, God is assumption, not a fact. And now comes your turn to convince me that your assumption is true, or else i wouldn't accept it.

Atheists reject the notion of a god because of a lack of observable/ measurable evidence supporting the god theory. Asking an atheist to prove there is no god is the same stalemate as proving there is one. The question you asked in this video is the same negative argument as the show "Ancient Aliens". The argument being that since you can't prove something didn't happen it must have happened.

Atheism is a lack of faith in claims made by others, and not holding a position on a question does not mean you hold the opposite position on the subject. That's why when you go to court the jury does not decide whether you are innocent or guilty, they decide whther you are guilty or not guilty.

Atheism is a lack of belief in the supernatural. You cannot proove the non-existence of fictional beings. You also disbelieve in some elements of the supernatural. Therefore I will flip the question around and ask you for proof and evidence that leprechauns do not exist. Your failure to do so does not discredit your beliefs - Other aspects of your religion can be raped by science thereby making your religon highly improbable

The burden of proof isn't upon the Atheist. We're not the ones making outlandish claims that the Earth was created in seven days and that there was a big ol' flood that killed everybody. It's up to the Christian to prove that, not the Atheist.
