Well if you have Windows XP or Windows Vista I think it's the same, but tell me cos' it's easier to explain one.

Ok so, at the side of the Movie Maker it should say "Finish Movie". Under that, click "save to my computer". Then choose where you want your video(Like Desktop or Videos), name it, then it is saving. When it's done, go to Youtube and Upload the video that you saved in the new place. If you try and upload Windows Movie Maker projects, it won't work! Hope I helped ^_^
