Happy Thanksgiving, Maria! More people should attempt to make thier own stuffing. It's such a big payoff flavor-wise, even though it's a little more time consuming. I'm doing a sage sausage, mixed dried fruit, and apple stuffing this year with sourdough and wheat bread this year :) Yours looks just as tempting. I might try it!
I make a delicious pineapple stuffing, but i have never tried a more traditional one. I look forward to it!
