@cossiemk2 drdragon666 built two of them. both differant in many differant ways. The other one is white and is RWD but is more powerful. He was an awsome guy from my motor racing family and like myself. 3rd generation racer althought he was better than me!
good engine conversion although the v6 engine is stupidly heavy in a car like that and spoils the handling but the rest of that car is absolutely ridiculous, too small a set of wheels for that look, bumpers look wrong, the bonnet vent is hideously awful and that rear spoiler is just an abortion. lot of money into it but its not my cup of tea. each to their own though lot of work put into it
That car is tight, wilwoods, and the engine bay was done right, very clean car, looks like you went with 2.5 duratec UIM and LIM from the SVT, too bad you couldnt get your hands on a duratec 30 more HP and no IMRC control. I wish we had the cabrio stateside.

Errrm, damn... Oh well, each to their own and all that, but why the Duratec? The Mazda KL-ZE V6 would have been a more straight forward swap as the Escort was available in the states with various Mazda powerplants.

The engine is 225 Kg by itself plus 50kg gearbox.
Weight ratio is 70/30.
