@767dag Yes. Go to your local Sheriffs office and ask for a form or go online. Send it in with $200 and wait about six months. If all clears, you get a stamp and bring it to your Sheriffs office.

P.S. Army < Marines which i am currently in and why dis airsoft? it is currently the next and most realistic form of combat/ war simulations excluding the real thing. you fucked it up its actually 7.62x39 if youre talking AK variants(yes you have to be specific because there are many 7.62 rounds the nagant is 7.62x54r which is close to the .308 but not the same it is a boat tail) 5.56 is also known as .223 in civilian 9mm is the most worthless round with no takedown power at all. if im not twenty how come i can buy rifles...? I own a 10/22 ruger, RM91/30 mosin nagant, chinese sks, and a Savage .243.

I am in the army...infantry matter of fact, you are telling me that you spent 900 dollars for a suppressor intended for use on a gas operated (gunpowder) rifle; plus going through the hassle of obtaining one by applying for and being approved for a NFA tax stamp which costs between 200 and 300 dollars so that you could put it on a toy gun?
