The hardest part is really just the begging hammer ons. But there is only one problem with using 2 hands, if you miss a note you have to pull your hand all the way back to strum again. If you have big hands you can just hold green and tap the others like he did but use one heand.

hahaha the easiest, most sure-fire way to beat "They're Hammer-Ons" is to double up a rubber band and put it on the green button. Tap with your left hand just the last four buttons and you should do fine. Go into practice on slower and work your way up if you have to. Then just slide the rubber band off the button when you reach a good pause. Use star power on the red-blue-orange part if you have to, it can get really difficult and it SUCKS when you fail at 99%. Trust me, i know from experience.

if you can tap the intro you can tap the outro, its especially easier, when i tap the intro i use my left index to hold green, left middle and ring to do red and yellow, then i use my right middle to tap blue and orange.

in the outro you can easily tap it by holding the red with left index and tapping with right hand on blue and orange much like intro.
