I don't think I will get that far in belts since I am having trouble with the twist kick. I say 3rd degree if best. The twist kick is ugly and doesn't look that effective.
@billysue2 Everything in tkd is effective if you're good enough at it. Problem is you get so many retards who are shit trying to use moves they can't even do and posting it on youtube. The best at ITF TKD style are seriously insanely hard, their kicks and punches are fast, accurate and deadly.
Wrong... he locks out pretty high on his side kicks. If you look, his foot position is clear, and at 1:36 and 1:40, he shows his flexibility on his twist kicks. I want to see you do a better job. Post a reply when you bash someone like that.
