I am planning on getting a Nokia N9 which also has a gorilla glass, but also a curved glass which i don't think would be able to have good screen protector for.. do screen protectors fit on curved glass? and should I worry about the N9 being scratched or not?

Nope, I can tell those white spots and specs are dust.. when you angle the phone at a certain degree you will see a LOT of hairline scratches. Its common information that gorilla glass cant even be scratched by surgical knife BUT the oleophobic coating gets scratched off, thats what is happening in your video.

Of course it is. The problem is that Gorilla glass is, i supose, not putet in all Nokia c7 or n8 models. ( I live in Croatia, little country near Italy and Slovenia. But its bigger than Slo.:)) So Nokia probably dont use Gorilla glass for this region and they probably put normal hard glass on that models. I got c7 and n8, i didnt pull off a factory protective screen nylon from n8, just cause i wantet to protect it from dots and scratches. But i testet c7...and u allreay see my comment:)))

I'm not impressed, I don't mean to say I don't believe Gorilla Glass is not tough I just don't think this testing was very good, you pretty much just used the weight of the object you were testing with as the pressure (Very little) I know phones are not generally going to be chopped at by a knife but I want to see something different. My N6300 ($99 Phone) can withstand the same tests and I used a sharper knife. Assuming your swiss is fairly sharp but not really taken care of..

how about try rubbing real fine dirt on it like sand..will it stand it..because really i tried my old Ipod touch screen with the knife and keys on it,,and it didnt scratch,,they just slide smoothly on th eglass with no scratch..but then i slid the phone on the pavement just a bit ,,simulating a phone being dropped and the screen was scratched up..Im not sure if the Ipod had gorilla glass though..but it passed the knife and coin test like this one on the video..
