  • I'm doing an interview On Monday February 13 at 8 pm PST on Blog Talk Radio hosted by Jim The Realtor. You can call in or ask questions online about these projects and my house flipping business. Go to my site for the link for the show. Thanks for following everyone, hope to hear from you!

  • This house is amazing! I am in the process of looking for a house, but all I can afford now is an old cheap house that will more then likely be haunted. haha. Hopefully someday I could make my house look 1/10th as nice as this house! ugh, inspiration for the future :)

  • You have got the BEST historic restoration blog on the internet. Glad I voted for you the other day!

  • WOW! YOU GUYS DID A GREAT JOB! I AM SPEECHLESS!!! I ASPIRE TO BE LIKE YOU ONE DAY! I AM A NEW CARPENTER!!!

  • That was the greatest renovation job I have ever seen!!

  • What a transformation! Great job! Wish I lived in texas, I've only visited relatives there a few times (corpus Christi).

  • Tom, what's the name of that amazing song in the video?

  • every flip you did looks amazing.do you use designer or it's all your ideas?

  • @kestass thanks kestass. we just started working with an architect on this house. she is picking colors and helping with the floorplan design since there is so much new construction involved.

  • @tomtarrant Hi,i really like the work you have done,i want to flip a house or two to make a little extra cash in texas but i want to know how you chose these designs?did you use your own imagination or did you get a professional designer to do this for you?If yes then did it cost alot more to hire her? What if i take pictures out of magazines for designs and give them to the contractor,do you think it will save cost and still produce good results??3
