Man...I was watching Sesame STreet with my kids a few days ago and I saw this. I was like, "WOW!" This took me back to when I was a kid watching Sesame Street. Every once in awhile, they'll have a skit or performance that transports the show back to its GLORY DAYS...and this is ONE of them! Like when I saw B.B. King on the show back in the day...and Paul Simon...and Stevie, etc. Hell, I bet Keb Mo would be RIGHT AT HOME on the set of the Muppet Show!
Yeah! This is my first time seeing Kermit interacting with a new muppet character, Zoe, by dancing with her. Its too bad that they couldn't show new Sesame Street characters interacting with Kermit.
This is one of the very few times that Disney has allowed Kermit the Frog to be on Sesame Street since the muppets were bought off by Disney. Let's just hope there are more in the future.
Actually, this is before Disney owned the Muppets. They purchased the Muppet franchise in 2004 and it looks as though Kermit will not be appearing on the show again - in new or rerun segments. It's too bad that a whole generation of kids will grow up without Kermit doing Sesame Street news.
Is that the kid from "Everybody hates Chris"?

That's definitely Stephanie D'Abruzzo as the female anything Muppet. Sounds just like Kate Monster.

The only time Kermit interacts with Zoe is on Episode 3976 (it was also the only time he interacted with Baby Bear and Alan.)

Not quite, there is one exception. Do de Rubber Duck is still on today and that is the only time we still see Kermit on Sesame Street today.
