  • The only way to get your SV% up over 0.9 all the time is to rock this guy's haircut

  • @27suzukirider

RBK's suck....Brians and Vaughn are the leaders!

  • @Seoulmanaja My custom RBK's are sick.... i fucking hate V's!.... but Brians are sick.

  • Theslipknotcult: it gets your feet off the ice, and it helps work your edges, cornering, and stability. Dumbass.

    Great vid, love the mullet

  • I trained with John personally for almost 10 years now, and he's helped me get to a level i don't think i would have with other coaches.

because of his drills and training exercises, i'm playing in a Div1 league in Europe and just signed my first professional contract at the age of 21.

he IS a professional at what he does, and he's damn good at it in my opinion.

  • lol 2:10-2:16

  • pxthug ---- you obviously can't read considering your poor spelling and English

  • He looks so nervous when he talks haha

  • is this joke? ..... lol.....

  • this is very helpful

  • this guy is sporting a definite canadian passport

  • This video would have helped alot of goalies 10-20 years ago. Yeah he said he has 20 years of experience, but experience is only good when it is recent. The goalie game changes so much all the time... sizing regulations, where you can play the puck, what you can do, etc. etc. 90% of these drills are basically useless because they wouldnt help you any in todays goalie game.

  • @TaInHeYwOoD your comment is so useless... the drills presented here are not outdated... you should explain how speed and stronger legs can't help nowadays goaltenders instead of just being a lametard bitch...

  • @TaInHeYwOoD sure they would, its all speed balance

  • nice tic... (left eye, 28sec in)... he's the real deal... all real goalies have tics... some decent drills but a little dated... these movements were useful during mid 90s

  • This video must be quite old. Look at the equipment ! And even worst : The guy's haircut...

  • Cool and thanks for the post. But...although a great drill.....you gotta admit 1:52 to 1:55 is pretty silly looking....;)

  • Are you kidding me? thats butterfly drill conditioning.

  • most effective drills look funny because they are about holding an akward position or repeating a simple movement.

  • i live near edmonton

  • why does everyone in this vid wear old TPS pads ... but the vid was uploaded dec.02, 08 ... just figured they would have a little more goalie technology in edmonton lol ... dont worry im canadian lmaoo

  • For some reason the instructor reminds me of Will Forte. lol

  • :45 - :51 look at how big his blocker and trapper are and how little his pads are lol

  • g-o-o-d
