  • That's not olympic

  • do all beretta 682 gold e trap guns eject the shell? cuz i wanna see if i can get one that will eject and is used for cheap if i can. im 14 and i shoot at my school and i need a new gun >_>

  • Woah, putting your muzzle on your foot is definitely not good shooting technique. Especially if you start shooting semis or pumps. I'm on a trap team and the coaches definitely frown upon resting the muzzle on your foot, we always hold it up. Also, you might want to look into one of these for a break action gun, they are worth their weight in gold.

  • Hello, not quite sure on your location or where you shoot but i can assure that the barrel is broken and that it is a very common practice to position the gun in this way and i cannot think of anything more off putting than an idiot holding a semi-auto in the air whilst waiting to shoot at competition level and as Andrew has competeted with success at National level we speak from experience.

  • @richiejcollins I compete at the state and western USA regional level in California and Nevada. And the semis aren't held with the muzzles pointing up, but pointing down and not resting on the ground. While it is not dangerous in any way to rest the muzzle of a break action gun on your foot, it does become dangerous when that becomes habit and you rest the muzzle on your foot when the gun is loaded. Not to mention you mark your shoes up pretty bad.

  • @richiejcollins The reason they put the mat there is so you can rest it on the ground.

  • Im a complete newbie but would love to get into clay shooting and am thinking about going down to south wales 2000 to give it a try as I live in swansea so not too far away. Anyway my question is: why does the beretta 682 seem so much more powerful than they winchester select energy in the previous vid ???? thanks

  • @johnandlorna Hi, There is no more power in the Beretta than the Winchester, both guns are choked at 3/4 and Full choke and both 12 gauge, the Beretta handles a lot better than the Winchester but on saying that the Select is a very good affordable gun which comes with a ful set of chokes. If you do Venture to SW 2000 ask for Steve and he will put you right on the Trap activation and anything else you need to know, feel free to drop my name in when you speak to him.

    Regards

    Richie

  • @richiejcollins Thanks for the quick reply, I'm going to ring them tday and see what they say as I would like to go there this weekend, cant wait! Will ask for Steve and mention you name. Forgot to say how good that Andrews shooting is! Thanks again
