dear brother, it's a great mis-conception about the prophet, Abu-Bakar Siddique his friend gave him her daughter as a gift as it was a common practice in Arab at that time, but there is no way Prophet would carry out any maritial relation with her until she was an adult. If you can't accept, Allah says in Quran there is no compulsion in the religion, truth stands out clear from error.

As there is no compulsion, there is no need to offend or fight, we better care and wish for ourselves, thank u!

The Sahabah used to differ on Fiqh matters based on thier understanding. But they didnt have Ta'assub nor were they divided into sects.

There is nothing wrong for a student in studying one of the four "schools of thought" for the sake of getting a basic picture of the masaa'il, because if were to - from the start - look into the details, evidences, sayings of the Sahabah, their differences, he'll get lost and confused.
