Those gloves would probably adhere to the skin since they are no doubt not a serious chem glove and would more than likely contain a low carbon rubber which would be porous.

You also need a small roll of 2" duct tape in your carry bag. Seal the sleeves to the gloves (sleeves tuck into gloves) , the hood to the mask (mask on then hood over), and the pant legs to the boots (pants tuck into boots).
