it sounds way better in Spanish because its her native language so we sings it better and in English you hardly understand what shes saying. She mumbles the word. Plus when you translate the song from Spanish to English, the Spanish version sounds way better. The lyric makes absolutely no sense in English

probably has no sense to you, because she translated it, i mean, i'm sure she made it first at spanish, and then she translated it to the english verssion, and most of the translated songs loses their message when are translated, so she might wanted to keep the message and did what she did :)

its because of the rythm, but i do understand her in both languages, i guess you should keep practicing by listening lessons to understand better the spanish, she sings it as if she was whispering.. its normal not to understand it when you're not used to hear or talk spanish daily, i can say i do not understand at all lyrics of rap music, wich you should if you're american, 4me both are clear, but spanish is better :) it still makes more sense to me :)
