I have a gsr26r with the g260rc engine and was wondering what mods could i put on it to get it up to around 45 or 50 mph?

ditch that motor and put a gp460 on that ped with a pipe.

u will have to put tons of money into ur 260 to get it anywhere close to 45-50 mph and it still wont be as fast as a 460 will. and u will save alot more money by putting a 460 on it. vs putting tons of money into ur 260.

@dustinscheidl reaching 60 mph is probably not possible unless u have a gsr60 motor.

60mph is quite a bit faster than most people think. a gsr46 with just a pipe and gearing will let u reach 50+ mph no problem and than is more than plenty fast on a ped.

@mypalrocco its a gsr46, the manifold is billet that was on this ped. it doesn't give any performance it just looks nice and is stronger than the stock plastic one.

no shit Sherlock. u can't even get a 50cc motor bored out to 80cc's...

and get that thing going. 16hp is not 2 bad. but this motor i am running in the video is only 5-6hp and its bone stock except for a pipe. so if ur putting on a 16hp motor i'd sure hope u could hit over 56mph...

I have an old school sport. I am putting together a G23 bottom end with CY27RC top end and piston, rocket key to advance ignition timing, Walbro 668 carburetor, probably a jetpipe, ADA 54mm clutch with .750 long drive spindle and 3rd bearing. What kind of power do you think that setup will make and what will my top speed be?

TBH bro i don't really know much about the small bore motors. alot of it will depend on ur weight and what pipe u will be running but i;d say u will probably have a top speed of 30mph...

yes but it depends on ur weight also. a GTR has the same motor that i am running in this video.

its a gp460 stock motor with only a dominator pipe. geared at 9/60. i could probably hit a lil bit faster if i gear it down just a tad to get some more revv's out of the engine.
