@thouseal777 Yeah I don't doubt that there is some parts that are not exactly like the band plays it. I use the best tabs I can find at the time and make changes sometimes. I have several "official" tab books too and trust me when I tell you that the books are wrong sometimes too. I mean, the band is not making the book so they are not exact either. Plus I never claim my tabs are 100%, my vids are the way I play them. That's why I don't say "lesson" or "how to play".

@grunger96 Thanks, I use Ulead VideoStudio 11.5 for this video. I now use the newer version which is VideoStudio X3. It's a great program for about $90 and about the cheapest out there that I found that can do multiple screens, there are no free ones that I know of.

@coryrbk Yes the actual song is in the background including guitars. I record each guitar part and sync mine up with the original and then just turn down the volume of the original so that my guitar parts are louder than the backing track.

@GuitarShredder1854 Thanks, according to my tuner it is in tune but whenever I go lower than drop C it always sounds off to me a little. This guitar is really not set up or meant to play that low. Also they use a 7 string also so that probably makes a difference.

Really helpful. I had to sell my electric, so I've been looking to learn some more acoustic stuff. This is one of the few songs I to which I listen, which has an acoustic guitar. So, guess who now knows how to play this song, as well? At least the acoustic parts.

@shockandawe123 Good question I was not sure myself, got it from a tab I found. Did some research and looks like this exact tuning does not exist for 6 string guitars. Found it is from a 7 string tuning but without the 7th string and it is called Drop F# / Drop Gb.
