  • I think there might be sasquatches...but that's just a little too conveinent.

I went to Loch Ness and didn't spot a Nessie on tour. LOL.

  • It amazes me how people sit here and say fake and it's a guy in a suit or my favorite bigfoot isn't real well guess what your the one looking up Bigfoot videos in the first place so stop looking up videos of Bigfoot if you think it's fake

  • I wish you all would stop making these films before you give away the location of the Batcave

  • Yeah its just some hillbilly in tan coveralls. Another F A K E YouTube bigfoot video. I've seen so many of these I've become an expert in spotting F A K E S.

  • Guy in a Carhartt one piece suit?

  • Omg, its just a guy in a gillie suit. C'mon, not everyone is a noob! He's probably just out there growing some marijuana - poor fella gets busted cause of tourists calling the media - lol!!

  • who cares the people dig it. im sure some of them knew it was fake but just went with the flow. All in the name of fun

  • fake --- how dare tour guide fool a bunch of gulible old people - cmon clearly a gimmick

  • f a k e

  • Its a "Tour Boat", so how does one keep a revenue stream going.... "A Setup."

  • @cbcoza I agree totally. Maybe after they make alittle more money ,they will buy a more convencing suit. Its ankles were as wide as his ass.

  • That's just my sister

  • that was chuck norris in a monkey suit

  • @vnzboy lol!

  • fake

  • should have shot it

  • LOL!!

  • super lols

  • this guy in a hairy suit had been in a Banff mall the day before for some commercial thingy...However, I still think it is clearly a weather balloon...

  • Just like the one in town the night before! Nice try.

  • Yeah I think the people on the boat would have freaking out if it were real they seemed to calm to me.

  • faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaake

  • I found a hair sample of the same colour in Banff

  • OMG I STOOD AT THAT EXACT SPOT IN THE BEGINNING OF THE VIDEO! :O

  • why people so obsessed with size, it just a monkey in bigger size, big deal.

  • @wergrethe umm,, there are no 'monkeys' in Canada,,,,

  • Tips for filming Sasquatch. Start shaking the camera. Start zooming in and out of focus. Keep moving the camera off of the object. Run out of film.

  • @MrGregster17 heh I have to agree with you... good statement! Heh Heh

  • "there is no possible way to get to this shoreline" hmmmm, maybe a small boat?

  • let's sign him to NBA

  • @axsofevil hows Bigfoot supposed to get a boat

  • of course the cameras shaking.... bullspit

  • No it was someone with a costume on. I see it all over the town of banff.I think the BANFF SPRING HOTEL has a costume in it;s store rooms

  • it's probably just the messin with sasquatch guys making a commercial

  • But Ricky... what if it's a samsquamch?

  • human rain jacket

  • " No possible way to get to that shore line" How about in a boat stupid! This is a clever joke. Bigfoot isnt real

  • @axsisofevil hey did bigfoot come to your door and say that wasn't me? How the fuck do you know? Oh wait you don't.

  • somebody is just seting this up ....an obvious fake...bad suit ...and for the tour guide to say there's noway to get to the shorline , well there is ,it's called a freakin' boat, duhh!

  • what fing joke. video camera just peechy when viewing the beach. once bigfoot is around it's a jumpy sob. never fails. fakes and more flakes. probably her husband

  • @mynitrolab I was thinking the exact same thing..lol

  • I'am sorry to say, but this costume was made by Frank Coffman of Boulder, Colorado. He sells a Gorilla suit that is black, and a Bigfoot suit that is white-ish/yellow-ish. This costume was seen advertising a local business, "The Dancing Sasquatch"

    ~ Johnny Poulsen

  • its a guy in a suit, he's the mascot for a local Banff nightclub called the Dancing Sasquatch, do a search theres a video where he goes snowboarding at Sunshine.

  • Why are all the important bits do shaky and unclear? Sorry another fake.

  • @momalex1 At 13 years old you should be embarrassed to post a message like this anyplace where anyone can see it. At 13 you should be able to spell and construct a sentence properly. Your writing here is absolutely horrible. If you don't do something to improve your communication skills you are going to have a very difficult life as an adult. If you think I'm making fun of you, you're wrong. I'm 53 years old and I see adults with poor skills like yours with horrible low paying jobs.

  • i live 20 minutes from there and also have had worked at the lake before ....... so have 4 of my friends this is a fake if this were true i would know...... in the bow vally news spreds...FAST.... i am a believer of the sasquatch because of a unexplaned sighting when i was young..... but not there in the footage above....lol good try tho if u realy want to find one or more go from norquay behind cascade and come out at uper bankhead........if they are real they'll be there

  • This is a human being in a redwood bark suit. The arms are not long enough for a sasquatch, nor is the head conical.

  • Someone needs to do a "Stabilized" version of this clip.

I must admit I am intrigued, but it could just be a ploy to attract tourists.

  • "no way to get to that shore"?!! how about by boat? D'OH!

  • Yup, thats definitely a yeti!

  • I saw this on Discovery Channel the other night!

  • @juicycross We love the Discovery Channel!

  • HAHAHA, a funny looking suit. Stop the video at 0:31 -

  • That's a dude in a ghillie suit

  • if u pause it u can see its a suit... the tour lady is a bad actor too

  • if that aint some gag cooked up by the tourline than thats gotta be a real hard to deny sighting like 30 people see a sasquatch. Strange thing is the colour of the hair kinda mossy green blends in, most hoaxses are blck gorilla suits.if its a hoax then its a well done and well thought out one, there is another boat on the lake at the time so who knows.

  • On history the day before that a man was dressed up as one so FAKE

  • WOW, this immediately makes me want to pick up the phone and spend thousands of dollars going to Banff and going on this tour boat. Funny, huh?

  • theres no possible way to get to this shore line over than by a boat fake arse crap

  • I took this same tour and I to seen Bigfoot, only he was water skiing when i saw him.

  • @guppyspop LOL

  • hehehhe you only dont belive him because your scared but i know that one is a fake

  • hehehhe you only dont belive him because your scared

  • Why wouldn't the guest be like "hey get as close as you can to the shoreline" idiots then you would see its just for fun and not real.

  • IS REAL AND IS COMMING FOR U!

  • So fake! Totally set up by the tour company.

  • @ nastymonsters2; How can you say that an animal that has been sighted by thousands of people for hundreds of years has never existed? What people like you think about Bigfoot is what most people thought about mountain gorillas less than 100 years ago until they found them. And paleontoligists thought that that weird fish they caught a few years ago had been extinct for 34 million years! Don't be so arrogant to dismiss things you know very little about.

  • yeah ! set up by the tour.

  • Due to my large Call Of Duty background i can clearly determine that this is a sniper in a ghilli suit, everyone get down!

  • oh yeah good explaination

  • already admitted fake its a stunt for the tourists and as bigfoot never existed its fake anyway

  • at 0:02 you can see a little thing up in the trees behind the two men!!

  • @itsmebillyboy thats a guy and a old lady lolz

  • its not a shake n bake,its SHAKE N FAKE

  • Butchykids bigfoot :)

  • Here comes the Yet-tay!

  • Ever notice how I'm ALWAYS blurry?

  • Come on !

  • obviosly its fake because a man can take a boat right over and dress in a gorilla suit and wait for the boat to come over and have the tourist take vidfeo of them

  • HAHAHAHAHA

  • Holy Shit! It's a Snatchsquatch!

  • bs

  • Looks like a local having a go with the tourists. They KNOW when the tour boats come by for sure. Seriously, that looked like Chewbacca.

  • lady its not a beer its BIGFOOT!!!!!

  • It must have been amazing for a minuit lol

  • Thats a good attraction to your tour... more tours should set this up!!!

  • @anghellicninja420 well said!

  • It's something they do for the tourists.I'll bet the tour guide knows who's in the suit.

  • Hmm...Tough to say... Since when did big foot dye has hair blonde...lol

  • funny.. love when they flim the bigfoot.. the camera shakes.. then when in shots of no bigfoot.. camera doe not shake as bad as before.. FAKE.. If it shakes, It's Fake.. simple..

  • @masterod1 i kno this is fake too but - the whole shaking thing is legit when u zoom in with a camera the unsteadness of the persons hands holding it is also magnified- just like a sniper- the farther the target the more u have to focus on keeping the gun/shot steady

  • @masterod1 - That's a very good point. When they are zoomed out, the footage is more stable, but when they are zoomed in on the subject the camera shakes. How ignorant are you? You should learn something about photography before you say such dumb things like "If it shakes, it's fake." Seriously, pick up any camera or camcorder with a zoom and tell me which is easier to stabilize, zoomed in or zoomed out.

  • @newyorkpaul Dude I do.. I do video work.. IN this case.. I would set the camera.. on rail or something other than just holding it.. see,, camera men know this. and amateurs do not.. that is why they get bad shots all the time.. we think get the shot.. they think wow film it.. so I would say you are the ignorant one.. but I guess you have never work with Stabilizing a camera before.. AHH.. so many experts and know it alls.. that do not even have real smarts about what they are talking about..

  • @masterod1 - You'd stabilize the camera against something . . . so would I. Most people don't know to do this, and if they do, they might forget in the moment. Therefore, "If it shakes, it's fake" would only apply to professionals and people with experience. Most tourists are neither. You just made your own case against you. Also, stabilizing it against the rail of a moving, rocking boat might not be the smartest thing, unless it is coupled with the camera's image stabilization, then maybe.

  • Indistinguishable from a man in a Chewbacca suit having a laugh at us.

  • BFRO says it's a hoax

  • Wow that seemed really real and good. Domy u think so?

  • FAKE!

  • Hey thats my grandpa

  • Smart marketing strategy. However I disapprove it. For misleading and....

  • pretty stupid

  • nope. i dont believe its a squatch! great way to increase tourism though!

  • Interesting video. Lots of people though on that boat had cameras, where are all the other photos and vids?

  • 0:02 bigfoot on the shore!

  • @numberonefergiefan True.If you look behind the men you can see a figure standing on shore.

  • Whatever!

That just coincides with Banff;s newest nightclub opening called the The Dancing Sasquatch and that is the SAME dumb costume that was worn by some poor guy at the opening. Why do this to the tourists?

  • gay bigfoot is gay

  • I had a Yeti party the other night but nobody showed up...at least I think they didn't...

  • Fake and gay

  • I believe in the Sasquatch as much as the next cryptomaniac, but that was just some bored college kid getting in one last hurrah before the fall semester starts.

  • Looked like Wind Drifter from Pioneer Village.

  • Ofcourse it isn't a bear, It's a moron in a costume. Get a better looking costume next time.

  • guys suit is a bit loose on the legs...

  • Funny!

  • Yeah..and I just saw Elvis !

  • it just looks like a man waling with a rainsuit on!!!

  • f.a.k.e

  • Funny, very funny !

  • looks pretty costume-y

  • All Stephen Harper wants to do is to take a bath, stop disturbing him.

  • I guess we need to consider adding the 'Minnewanka Wildman Tour' to our list of sightseeing tour options. :)

  • Get the Rangers to leave a case of Kokanee on the shore as a trap.

  • Love the video! Added it to my facebook page thanks!

  • More blob squash video. When will this end?

  • Uncle Phil??!

  • stick it under "comedy"

  • for the tourist someone dressed up as a sasquatch lol

  • haha hilarious, nice prank!! must be one of Banff resident stoner!!

  • LOL...cool. Though there are plenty of ways to get to that spot on Minnewanka...the lake has trails around it but...even more easily...is to access it by canoe.

Now, if the guy in the suit dared to do that outside of the park boundaries...LOL...he'd better remember it's hunting season.
