  • what a joke...that's all they could think of to memoralize her? An irrigation ditch?! This woman dared to think outside the box and challenge the way the British monarchy relates to its subjects. It's ironical when you see the Royal Family interacting with the public today..they do it Diana-style...warm, real and with humour. This ditch will always be a symbol of the arrogance and dim-wittedness of the Establishment.

  • @absolutetruthgirl LOL It's In The Shape Of A D For Diana

  • I walked all round the fountain one summer day months and months ago. I noticed that there was absolutely no litter or any kind of rubbish in the water; no coins either. This must be owing to lingering affection and respect for Princess Diana. Real affection and real respect is what I mean.

  • People bath in Diana´s fountain... cool....

  • thats great seeing so many people enjoying the fountain! So nice and peaceful! Im going to see it in Sept, cant wait, thanks for posting the vid

  • ^-^

  • Was there today - There's a full-time security person who has as his entire purpose in life to tell people:

"You can't walk in the water"

"You can't walk along the wall"

Typical response: "What? What are we allowed to do?"

"You can sit and put your feet in it"

I think P.D. would not be happy with all the joy-killing that is in place.

Go when it's busier, and the guard has too many people to tell this too.... on a quiet day, it's like your being watched like a suspected shoplifter.

  • @locosman just to let you know things havent changed.

health and safety gone mad my friend, all because someone slipped

when it first opened and they sued Royal Parks.....go figure

  • @pickbaum4 At least they bothered themselves to remove all the algae. Was very clean when i was there 2 weeks ago.
