There are some odd arguments about the song's name. That is because the translation is not perfect.

For 東方妖恋談, the more correct translation will be : Mystic Oriental(or Eastern or Asian) Love Story.

談 should be translated as story or legend or myth like that.

I don't know the one who translated it, but I think he just used dictionary for the translation and just got a random word for 談.

For the people who use those Chinese characters,(Korean, Japanese, Chinese...) that title is OK.

For Mystic Oriental Love Consultation, at least Mystic is an appropriate term to describe the orient, well, from my image of it it is, and Love Consultation is even simpler. If you know what Consultation means, then it makes perfect sense right there, unlike A Maiden's Illusionary Funeral, where you can't combine any two words together and have them make sense. I strongly disagree with Mystic Oriental Love Consultation being the weirdest, BY A LONG SHOT.

What's wrong with Corpse Voyage as a song title? Considering the boss in question transports souls for a living, the first half certainly makes sense, and as for the second--it's a pretty darn happy-sounding song for a necromancer, so why not?

Doesn't it sound a little strange? I mean the contrast between talking about Corpses and saying "Be of Good Cheer!" just sounds weird. Plus, I never said there was anything wrong with it, quite the opposite, I find the title very interesting, and in a good way. It is certainly one of the titles that is the most fun to say out loud, that's for sure.
