Umyte i osuszone filety z halibuta posól, posmaruj przepuszczonym przez praskę czosnkiem, polej sokiem z cytryny, zawiń w folię, żeby zatrzymać w rybie aromat czosnku i odstaw na godzinę do lodówki. Żaroodporne naczynie posmaruj oliwą z oliwek, ułóż filety z halibuta, każdy filet posyp kminkiem i wstaw naczynie do rozgrzanego piekarnika i gotowe!
