I'm a teenager (17 yrs) and I wish that I could have a better connection with my mom, but she's a single mother working full time, and I seclude myself in my room (natural instincts of a teenager LOL).
I'm not going to have kids b/c I'm just so scared with what goes on in this world and it's out of my control.
renethel, thank you for commenting and I do understand having a single mother working full time (that was me) but that is probally why I am the way I am with my children. Please don't let the things that happen in this world control your life, having children is a wonderful thing and I am sure you have a lot to offer your children if and "when" you have them. remember in life there is a lot that YOU can control. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, BTW give your mom a HUG :)
the problem is that I have bipolar disorder and I don't want to pass it down to another person, b/c I'm miserable having it and I got that from my father, who I don't speak to anymore.
