the dental floss trick is so easy all you do is get a glue stick put it on your neck and when you bend your head over the flap of skin on your neck gets glued and it looks like you sawed into your neck

At around 2:44 to 2:47 when he has the floss in his hand look at HIS right hand. You can see a flash of white. He has the mint in that hand. That is why his hand is so tightly clenched while the other is open. The floss through the neck is simply done with rubber cement.
