  • let the kids have there fun, you can't put cushions over everything. :P

  • fail

  • whos smart idea was that

  • Disney is repeating it's toys: I used to have a Tinker Bell wand like that. Waaay before the movies came out.

  • Fail :/

  • fail

  • fail!!

  • 5 and up i think would be better

  • Was it just me or before 0:16 did everyone think it was a dildo

  • Well the warning does say this is a choking hazard and it has small parts. But it should also say that any kid under a certain age should only play with it under its' parent's supervision.

  • nom nom

  • We got our daughter one of these she loves it.....

  • win. i hate saftey. the name saftey is pathetic.

  • total fail

  • 3 and older more like 8 and older!!

  • I think it's unwise to give this toy to a child under 7 years old.

It's a lovely toy wand, but the toy makers didn't have a 3 year old's safety in mind when adding decorative accessories to it.

  • fail

  • well thats safe

  • Such a fail i work at a preschool and kids would poke eyes out with that! lol

  • FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • FAILLLL

  • win

  • um thats an uber fail it looks nothing like in the movie. nothing.

  • 0:02 one of the logos is CDI! omg thumbs up if you know wat the cdi was

  • Comment removed

  • 6 and up is more like it.

  • It looks too dangerous for a 3 year-old kid...

  • boring

  • y do people make cheap and nasty crap?!!!

  • fall kids will chowk and die

  • I had one when I was a child (well, no exactly the same!) and I'm alive so...

  • i see it as fail but not cuz of the wire becuase most kids under age 6 would beat each other with them.

  • CHILD: well this bead just came right off, why would that happen, unless, OF COARSE! im supposed to eat it!

  • I can just imagine

"why is your brother's face scratched up?"

    "NOTHING!"

  • that toy is a death weapon...... REVIEW IT

  • Mommy, I pierced my eye.

  • fail

  • i remember ages ago when jeepers media stopped and you said you were moving and that a cool toy review show was going to happen. soooooo. are u doing it or not, plus i think everyone wants to see where all ur toys are not just showing a video less than a minute saying what the toy is about.

SHOW US A WALK THROUGH OF YOUR COLLECTION PLEASE

  • Even if it wasn't unsafe, it'd still be a fail. Maby it's just me, but I think buying wands at the store is just dumb. I'm not spending $5 on a peice of plastic and glitter, even if it does light up.

  • Fail :D

  • It's a fail.Because of safety reasons.But in design,it's actually really pretty:)

  • Fail.

  • i think its fine, when i was 3 i didnt put much in my mouth.......of course most 3 year olds do ssssooooooo..... fail.

  • fail

  • lol

  • Dude! It's great that you show us all this toys and everything... but stop asking us if you should review it! Just do it! A lot of time has passed since you did a REAL review! C'mon! We're waiting, man!

  • K-Mart? Wow, it's been a long time.

  • it sould be... like 6-8 not 3-up

  • What happened to JeepersMedia? I thought that TheToyChannel was for good toys...

  • HUGE FAIL

  • FAIL definite FAIL toy!

  • choking hazard, ages 3 and up, ;]

  • #FAIL

  • Fuck it, if they release that, anything goes now I guess. Release the toy Mace with real rusty iron spikes. Great for batting your friends over the head with and conquering their room with toys.

  • fail

  • Fail, that can hust a 3 year old, either by breaking the wires and cutting themselves, or by choking hazerd from the beads, a dumbbell could tell by looking at this toy that it was not saftey tested and is able to hurt a child, the one I'm holding right now says the exact same thing I just typed!!! >:[ SHAME ON DISNEY!!!!

  • I make jewelry and my daughter is four so I can say with a large degree of certainty that she will break this leaving sharp wires all over.

  • I so need this for my room! I love Tinker Bell and I need this!

  • fail

  • no fail

  • fail

  • fail

  • Fail! I have raised 3,4, and 5 year olds I wold never buy them that it could seriously injre ar kill them

  • That thing's a recall waiting to happen.

  • EPIC FAIK

  • Part two of post:

Secondly, because I know that we forget about it sometimes, but adults are a lot stronger than 3 year olds, it would take a lot more work for a kid to break wires like that than it would an adult. Kids can have problems ripping paper, think about that.

Now if they were running at top speed and for some reason the wires didn't simply bend, could be a problem. But, are you going to let your kid run with ANYTHING in their hands, even a teddy bear, at top speed? doubt it.

  • I'll write out what I have to say in two parts because youtube is insanely restrictive about how much you can write.

Okay so I would say that this toy does seem to need adult supervision, but I would not call it a complete safety fail.(I think mike Mozart is leading by his own obvious opinion here) There's a couple of reasons I don't think it's totally fail. Firstly because I don't see the average three year old sitting there twisting the wires till they broke, just to eat the beads. come on.

  • fail

  • Try on fail toys gummy army men from toy story

  • For ages +20.

  • @skittycat3 +20? I'm 12 and I'm responsible with those things!

  • @buunak

    Sorry 'bout that. +12!

  • Hmmm, doesn't look too safe.....

  • stfu

  • its just a knock off

  • Definably safety fail

  • if you have fantasy you can use that to many things O_o

  • fail total fail

  • WIN!!! It teaches kid a life lesson! Never cut yoursel with wire! It hurts like hell!!

  • Fail

  • I'm a preschool teacher for 3 months to 2 years old, also occasionally working in the 3, 4 and 5 year old class. Those beads would look edible still to some of the 3 and 4 year olds... they still stick stuff - like legos - in their mouths. Total fail and a lawsuit waiting to happen on the age, maybe a 5+ should be in place of the 3.

  • a very beautiful fail.

  • Fail, 18+

  • safety fail

I got cut with that wire once it went all the way to the blood stream

it was creepy but it was wire not that

  • fail

  • fail

  • fail

  • fail it should be for 7+

  • fail

  • Fail!

  • FAIL

  • That is a fail toy!

  • fail

  • What a nice toy!

    But, yeah, unsafe.

  • Safety Fail!!!!

  • ill buy it and sue them lol

  • That is a fail. I hope no kids choke on these.

  • FAAILL! that thing would be for 6+ maybe 7.. but for 3.. come on.. D8

  • fail so badly

  • gorgeous toy! but nowhere near safe for a 3 year old!

  • oh my god...

my 2 year old cousin got this for her birthday yesterday...

    im scared... O.O...

  • major fail....kids at 3 yrs old are often still sticking things in their mouth...it should have been for kids at the very least over 5...disney testers obviously werent doing thier job

  • fail plus looks like a pimp cane

  • I saw this on Kmart site:

WARNING:CHOKING HAZARD - Small Parts. Not for children under 3 yrs

  • FAIL! looks like street toys

  • I'd say fail they could swallow the beads or fall and break the wires off and it could pierce their skin...4-5 year olds still eat stuff off the ground and run all around with toys :(

  • @DarkenedAuras yeah i agree on that! when i'm six they say crayons are safe until i ate them

  • take the crap off the top and it'd win

  • FAIL..

  • Fail

  • that item needs to go back to the drawing board

it's not only unsafe but it looks weird

  • saftey fail.... majorly

  • FAIL

  • honestly i looks like a bootleg disney item..

  • @bransunwolf

ya, it does look like a knockoff...

  • Pssh, kids are retarded and will get hurt on anything, but I agree that this is pretty bad, considering how picky they are with safety crap nowadays.

  • Epic fail

  • Fail lol

  • They sooooo could have done that without wires and beads. They could have had plastic and glitter puff balls, but they had to go the dangerous way.

  • gahhh! What's with this new browser look? Cool, but weird.

    Anyways, hilarious! XD

  • I think fail I would not give that to my 4yr. let alone a 3 yr. old

  • fail

  • One word.

    Dildo.

  • fail

  • At first to me it looked like a dildo

  • i agree it looks like a dildo....

  • Depends how responsible your child is I suppose... 3+ is a definate no-no, but sort of 6/7-ish I would say. But, I still put things in my mouth now and again absent mindedly. And I'm 14. So...

  • Its a pretty fugly toy to begin with. I wouldn't buy it at all, what kind of wand has silly little wire things.

I definitely wouldn't give it to a kid younger than 8 either. 4 years old they're still sticking things in their mouth that they shouldn't.

  • Tink would be brighter if we PLUGGED HER IN! BWAHAHAHAHA!!

    Fail...

  • If I had a child I would never let them play with that at such a young age! Five or six perhaps, but never three.

  • fail - either choke or lose an eye

  • Fail! Some poor little kid is gonna break one of those wires and choke on the beads. Mega fail!

  • fail

  • dildo!

  • so fail my eyes are bleeding (not really)

  • @thetrueminigaara Nice to know your eyes are not really bleeding. You had me worried.

  • There is no way I would let my three year old play with that. Its like giving them a gun and a tazer!

  • FAIL!!! but would be better if the wires were made of something stronger

  • Fail.

  • Fail

  • sometime i cant be either

  • absolute fail

  • fail!

  • epic fail.

  • phail

  • faaail

  • it's a fail, and someone could MAKE THAT TOY! All it is is beads and wires, along with some electricity and plastic.

  • choking hazard, eh?

besides the wires and beads, what there to joke on?

    well, the stick is there.

choking hazard for putting a STICK in your MOUTH.

    XD

  • lol yeah prob some kid is gona die from being poked in the eyes

    Win just a toy

  • fail totally not safe

  • win come one some kids just have to die

  • Fail. No way thats safe for any 4 year old.

  • security fail...

  • does it vibrate?

  • hes making too many videos!!!

im unsubscribing i like the long obnes with multiple toys !!!

    i hope he sees this!

  • calm down evilebros, He's just doing stuff to keep you entertained. He can't please everyone....

  • yeah looks pretty bad

  • *sound of snapping wire and beads falling on floor*

    kid: ooo candy

    *gulp*

    X.X

  • That's gonna break so fast

  • fail

  • Four, depends on the four year old. Most half-way intelligent kids I've met grow out of the trying to eat toys by three so three is iffy.

Still, four year old? Meh, I mean, I have heard of child safety groups trying to get round candies and hot dogs banned in schools for anyone under 14 as even 14 year olds choke on such things.

  • I say it's a fine toy, but I'll agree that their age rating is a bit off. They're figuring a three year old won't get the beads off, and they're probably right in almost every case...but shit will happen.

The real answer, though, isn't age rating on toys--it's parental control. I don't care how safe or unsafe a toy is, kids are devious little buggers and they'll find something dangerous without fail unless you keep an eye on them.

  • FAIL toy. but id probably grab this for the color changing LED inside I dont care if its safe or not b/c the un safe parts are going in the garbage I just want the parts that light up. maybe if you rip off the wires and beads it might be SAFER but still might fail I dunno.

  • That gets a 1 for fail on saftey. Actually, you'll be surprised at how many toys are'nt up to standards or even tested! It's scary really. Glad that I don't have any kids.

  • I wouldn't buy that for a kid, they'd just ruin it really fast those wires would be all bent out of their natural shape in a day. but yeah you're right that doesn't look that safe.

  • that's a big 10-fail, Mike.

  • no, it's fine.

  • These days I have to wonder if Disney is actually in it's right mind or not, so EPIC FAIL.

  • it would be perfectly suitable for playing if it didnt have the wires
