"The world is our carpet now." That is such a happy sentence but I'm never convinced with Fyfe's vulnerable voice. Maybe that's the genius of The Guillemots. They're mourningful and exciting at the same time. I feel unusally happy and lifted by their music.

Other music fans will know what I mean here. You know when as soon as a song starts you are immediately captivated by it, you have to stop what you are doing, you become aware of shivers all over your body, and for those few minutes there is nothing else but music, it almost takes control of you completely. This is what this song did when I first heard it, waited months for the album just for this one song, then all the others were great too!!!
