She was arrested for public intoxication. It doesn't matter how big you are, everyone gets handcuffed when they are arrested.

doesnt matter you can sit here and speal off all you want.... i am no cop but i am pretty sure it is procedure to the rcmp for their own safety when dealing with TOTAL strangers to place the person in handcuffs...if they let you go you get out of the cuffs if not well they are only on you for a little bit anyways live with it

@Juicexlx standard operating procedure when arresting someone, regardless of how cooperative they are being, is to handcuff the individual. It doesn't matter how big they are or how threatening they seem. They did their job perfectly. Well done, RCMP.

@stormgod22 I've been arrested once in my life for an unpaid ticket that I had gotten when I was a minor and the two policemen who arrested me did not handcuff me and they didn't need to. So there you are with your standard procedure.
