Ironically, that's probably exactly what happens. The speed is set high enough that the object ends up teleporting into the wall and due to not being able to exist in a wall so to speak ends up going right though it.

This is actually quite a common bug in games, and really is about the same thing as a quantum leap or quantum tunneling in real life. At least in principle.

lulz, this happens in the original smash when you play on "race to the finish". If you get hit hard enough at a really high percentage, you go right through the wall, and sometimes even get star KO'd, its pretty funny.

This one time I was Ness, and my friends were Samus and Ness, and we decided to hit a fully charged shot back and forth using the bat. We had done it about 10 times, before I finally got hit by it, and I took about 700% damage and went right through the wall, and the game froze.

Make the entire top of the stage spikes. The game automatically starts you on one of the 4 highest constants (That being, the 4 highest blocks, for the most part). Since spikes are not a constant (You can't actually stand on them, you just take damage, and thus cannot spawn there) the game starts you off below them, thus, inside a box.
