@Epicpineapple100 do even know what auto tune is? Its STANDARD EQUIPMENT in EVERY recording studio or laptop music program. E V E R Y artist uses it. I really dont hear it on this. I hear digital delay and digital reverb. Did you watch Storms OTHER songs on her youtube site where she is singinging with absolutely DRY vocals? This gal can sing. Sounds better than Katy Perry here. On X FACTOR she was nervous WHEN (watch again) the show had FIREWORKS music volume so low STORM couldnt hear.
Because this is a studio version anyway. Her live voice was nowhere close to this. Though I have to admit I loved the Paramore song, but that voice we saw there was nowhere close to his autotuned voice. (No, not the autotune used by some, but every song recorded in the studio has a bit of autotune to help the singer hit the perfect notes.)

@MissCaseyBitch86 Yeah everything is a lot easier when no pressure is put on. But the fact is people are stars because they excel regardless of it. It just takes some practice and getting used to. Some people are cut out for it and some just aren't. Most people never consider this.
Artists these days will never be as good as Michael Jackson or any other older singers/bands etc bcoz they all rely on the technology at their disposal (autotune etc) they make good recordings then ppl waste money on expensive live concert tickets and they get utterly disappointed.

Yes this sounds a lot different to your X factor audition but of course it will your audition was live The people that are commenting saying that they hate people that change their voice well obviously they hate every artist out there Clearly they all re tune their voice to make it fit the song. she's trying hard, straining her voice in this song ( which I don't like anyway, it's hard on the ears) Her lower range completely gets lost, and her highs are a little screechy. But I still think she has talent to work with. And at 15, she's better than most at her age

Storm, I hope you read this... You have allot of courage to get up on tv and perform/ sing! Im guessing all the people "judging" you would be to insecure to do something like that. They would probably be too concerned for what people think... FYI, I am a performer/ musician as well and know what its like to perform and experience performance anxiety...
