  • when the can explode you'll not get more paint... use it in spray is more eficient than common paint ¬¬

  • next time u should seal the garage and see how long it takes for u too fall asleep

  • hahaha it wass bad ass when ur dad said its good to light up dubbies haha wish my dad said that.. and thanks for sum knowledge

  • good-grief, there's an easy way to get rid of the gas just invert the can and hold down the spray nozzle. When empty all that's left is paint you could also drill next to the rim instead of the center. Though of this many times...

  • hey mate,i have one question, you put the paint just like it is,or you put some water or something???

  • @TheVAN3R use it straight. However, if wanted thinner you could use paint thinner, lacquer thinner or acetone (you would have to see which works best with the paint)

  • @juniortore1 thank you!!!!oh,and your fathers seems too cool :P

  • @TheVAN3R Thank you1

  • just SO fuggin dumb as s monkey ive been handling spray paint for 18 years and this,, This is kind of risk free BUT thats not "air" comming out its aerosol super flammable! its the smoking that would kill u.

damn these fuckin rednecks (redneck bbq starting a fire then take 1 shopping cart wheel it over to the fire and BAAM yousa gotsa grriill!

  • @darnthatman81 I approve of this comment...

  • @darnthatman81 No habla jibber jabber bro.......

  • lol one day ur gonna put ur finger over the air hole and get a airbubble in ur blood stream and it could go to ur heart or brain and kill u

also u could just turn the can up side down that will get all the air out with out wasting paint

    fuckin red necks

  • @Intentionallyy Maybe if I stick an IV in my arm and put it over the air stream I could get air in my blood stream. Other than that I do not see how that is even possible.

Maybe that is the case with other can designs, but with this specific can, no matter hoe perfect you could hold it upside down, by the time all of the pressure was out half of the paint was gone also. That is the whole reason we drilled.

  • @Intentionallyy ok then tell me how he is wasting paint ? if hes doing it your way it will take ages and with no diffrence....your the redneck u dumbass..and by the way it takes alot more pressure to get an air bubble in your blodstream...

  • This guy is either stoned or drunk or both. But hell he is having fun. LOL

  • This kid has much more brains than his father. the old man is an idiot!!!

  • I've done this in the past and found the best area to put your hole is on the side at the very bottom edge instead of on the bottom. You get every drop of paint this way. You also should try turning the can upside down and pressing the nozzle to get most of the propellant/gas out. Usually the can will say to clear the nozzle of paint to use this method so no worries of the paint coming out while doing this.

  • @OleIrishReb this is absolutlyii lp in a tuch up garage where they us the same trix,BUT to all that wanne do this,do buy some hardner for paint ,since it will hold up much better and be gas resistent as it wont be otherwise

  • haha hey man! i give you credit! you thought outside the box and made shit happen! good for you, fuck all the haters who want to cry out. there just a bunch of pussys, if they want to spend all that extra cash for no reason, let em! awesome idea and i might just be stealing it from you when i do my paint job. thanks for the inspiration!

  • easy way uo get the air out>>> TURN THE CAN UPSIDE DOWN THEN PRETEND LIKE YOUR CLEANING THE TIP!!!!!!!!!!! SO MUCH EASIER!!!! THEN DRILL THE CAN WITH A BIG DRILL BIT IN PRESS

    THUMBS UP IF IM RIGHT

  • Dude... how many cigs u smoke a day??

  • 3:51 Lol! "Were the Eff is this 'Drill Bit' from?!"

    - Lows Drywall section Mabay? :D

  • LMAO - how is this guy still alive??

  • Hey mate i love this trick you posted up. I'm giving it a go now since the colour in the spray can is an exact touch up paint for my car and since the cans are old stock they have got lumps in them and destroying my paint work., so i thought why not open them up and strain the shit out of the paint then use my spray gun!!! I just wanted to ask you, the paint after getting it out of the cans seems really thin and gassey. Is it ok to just spray like that???? I'm pretty new to this stuff. Cheers.

  • @gdrahcir It is very gassey, almost like that of a carbonated drink. You can shake it up a bit and most of the gas will come out. Or just let it sit for a few minutes (may not work well though) Just letting you know, sometimes the paint in spray cans reacts with gasoline, so use a clear that does not get messed up by gasoline. Good luck, you should have a pretty great paint job!

  • @juniortore1 Hey mate. I managed to spray it out of my new HVLP spray gun and it actually came out really good. I did let the paint sit for at least an hour and stired the shit out of it to get out the gas. My first can i drilled into i had a welding helmet, welding gloves and ear plugs in just in case hahaha. Wasn't sure what was going to happen. I drilled into a half full can and i did get a little paint on my roof. LOL. The next can i just let the gas out first and it worked a treat. Cheers.

  • @gdrahcir Awesome job! Great to hear that a few people are really finding out for themselves that this is a great trick! You got some on your roof, haha! That is something you will never forget I bet.

  • Lol, I love fucking red necks ;-)

  • thumbs up if u are a dad smokin while watchin this vid but looked around when he said dad should u be smokin while doin that lol

  • @copeblack4life I am not, but I will provide the first thumbs up :)

  • lol

  • rod stewart

  • OK really everyone stop picking on juniortore1

i have yet to find anyone who has had ground to stand on with there comments

  • @HighVoltageScience Exactly and thank you

  • Good for lighting cigs, bbqs... DUBIES!

  • @puremaplesyrup22 You are the first person to really notice the fine detail of this video! Congratulations! I like lighting dubies lolololol

  • why wouldn't he just turn the can upside down and push the spray button... retard

  • @Fluffwee you HONESTLY do not think that we tried that? Please, do it for yourself, and when you are done, find out that 2/3 of the can is gone.

  • Wow, looking back at your old videos...You sound like your 10! lol

  • @ToAsTBoY1O1 Ya, until age 13 or so my voice was about the same as it sounded when I was 10. Now, my voice is a LOT deeper, and still much deeper than when I just turned 14 (about 8 months ago)

  • @ALB3RT3iNST3iN your an idiot, it is butane, thats the propellant in most aerosol cans, and aerosol means small partials which come out of the can when sprayed, so some research before claiming to know things,

"Technically, an aerosol is a suspension of fine solid particles or liquid droplets in a gas. Examples are clouds, and air pollution such as smog and smoke. In general conversation, aerosol usually refers to an aerosol spray can or the output of such a can"

  • @psirider Good to hear, I was correct for once. Yes, in paint cans at least, the aerosol propellant is butane. My shaving cream can propellant is propane. My moms hair spray can is some kind of CFC. Not exactly CFC since it was banned, but the long name is VERY close (I dont remember what exactly) And the good old bottle of whipped cream is nitrous dioxide, a great inhalant =P

    Thanks for the comment

  • I'm not gonna knock on you for doing this but why waste time using rattle canned paint? If your going to go through the troubles of using a gun why not buy the paint seperately?

  • @vfIskullangel True, but since we only needed enough for a motorcycle tank and cover we figured this would be fine being cheap. But we ended up using real paint after all that anyway.

  • @juniortore1 you know you can buy a quart of paint for 8 bucks, i think rattle cans are 3-4 dollars a piece, you do the math

  • itd be just as easy to spray the pain into a container

  • You're lucky to have a dad that does shit with you.

  • @kendigjl Thanks, I know exactly what you mean

  • 4:28 gay dude! ROFL

  • @corpmedia your a fucking retard, thats my dad. Much less gay than yours is anyhow

  • @juniortore1 who cares hes still being gay !! LOL hahahaah Just kidding bastard.

  • @corpmedia LMFAO, I kinda figured. Its fun to fuck with people on youtube, I admit it myself

  • couldnt you have just turned it upside down then let the propellant out by pressing the nozzle?

  • Those are small particles... straight into the lungs :)

  • @boer83 whatever faggot, not that you would know but I happen to breath through my lungs like a human, therefor the fresh, small sticky particles of paint accumulate in my snot to later be spit out. Now, if we were breathing that shit for hours with the door closed, thats different

  • your dad is fuckin hilarious

  • @zomb415 thanks, he can be at times

  • Why didn't you guys just rattle can that on?

  • Gotta ask... how much overspray got on the car/truck?

It looked like the wind was taking it that way. :p

  • @thirteenfingers surprisingly none did.

  • no need to add flakes the bottom of the can works fine

  • @slammedls400 I will keep that in mind. I just figured it would be less likely to do what it did in the end of the video if I did it that way.

  • hey afterwards i use a urathane catalyst clearcoat over the paint, sometimes i add flakes in the first coat of clear,,then clear again,, its a great way to get a ecnomical candy paint job,,buying candy paint thru the dealer u have to fork up big bucks,, i mixed sum red and gold to make sum candy orange,, i charged 400 on a gas tank with like 25 dollars worth of material, but then again labor costs lol

  • @MrMustangcar Thats awesome! Its amazing what some simple "hacks" can give you in return.

  • thanks cool i did that with duplicolors metalcast anodizing paints for use with the gravity gun, is the krylon better than the duplicolors brand?,, they are basically candy paints in a can

  • @MrMustangcar Awesome, I am glad my idea helped. The paints all seem the same when used this way

  • Gay

  • @jimbo6955 Yes, I am sure faggotisim is all that occupies your mind

  • @juniortore1 thanks for recommending the plasic bag over it , when i did it it shot half the can into the air and on the ground, God that would have been bad

  • @sewerrod something even better you could do is put aluminum foil over an object so you do not need to tape plastic bags around where you do not want paint.

  • at 2:30 the guy has the driller on reverse what a dumbass xD

  • your lucky to have a dad like this

  • @curtisthe6th I know. Its nice to have somebody who lets you know what real life and real rights are like.

  • Wow...YOu're smarter than your dad!

  • @beboystyle lol, not really. As mentioned, it was somewhat staged...

  • good idea. ill put this in my bag o' tricks

  • @bravododger Sweet, I am glad I brought some good ideas :)

  • hahaha did your dad say "good for lighting cigarettes,BBQ's and DOOBIES !!! :P " haha hes awesome

  • @ukrides LOL, it wouldn't surprise me if he did at some point. =D

  • thanks for letting me know.

  • on some cans, they say after each paint job, spray the can in upside down position for 2-3 seconds to clean the valve. I was wondering if one can take all the gas out in this way!

  • @v7r4h6 Its possible, but not without wasting a lot of paint. We tried that, and it just kept on going, you need to hold it perfect, otherwise it will waste a lot of paint, and even then, when all the gas was done, half of the paint was gone. The drill to the end of the can is surprisingly safe, you just need a super thin drill bit, Otherwise it will volcano everywhere.Good luck

  • Don't worry about those haters, thanks for making the video to remove paint from a spray can. I was using the technique with the straw siphoning out the gas and the paint drips in a cup but when I shake the container I had the paint in it would explode little paint lamo!!! It is alot cheaper than buying airbrush paint.

  • @RedEye305 Thank you so much. Yes, these haters just do not understand the concept of how much cheaper it is when it works just as well, for a better paint job than using the cans themselves. Thank you for your input

  • looks like someone had here pieriod all of the wood

  • @natedawgg331 LOL, I would have to agree

  • @w33lerd33ler LMAO! you seemed to misread the description. Its a hell of a lot cheaper, and works just as well.

  • great video i love this shyt u to would make a great (stupid comedy) team

  • @Rainesblue lol, thanks man. I am good at doing hillbilly style comedy :D

  • @juniortore1 fkin rednecks

  • @559carranza Michigan style =D

  • why not just buy the paint in a can?

  • @gtq838 Well, it matters what paint you are talking about. If you mean like real paint to go in the gun, that is more expensive, while this is a just as good, cheaper alternative. But, when we do have the money, we use the real deal.

  • MUGIK U TEBA SVERLA GABNO UES

  • Мужик у тебя сверла Гавно!!

  • did you observe the wind is taking the paint from the spraygun on the truck on left size ? PROFESONAL : :) it paints your bike tank and your cat at one time (the truck can use some paint on left front alsow :):):):):) LOLLLLLLLLLLL VERRY PROFESIONAL :) hahahahahaha if you want i can come over and give you some tips ;)

  • @mariusfauru No, I didnt catch that. We would have had the door closed so theres no wind, but the smell wasnt all that great. xD

  • "WHAT DA FUCK IS THAT"

  • @suzukiholdenman is whaaa?

  • Oh gawd...

  • @arakitai lol, ya, if you want to get your money worth... Be careful if you try this. I was just the camera man, my dad knew more of what he was doing :D

  • @juniortore1 Yeah, I was cringing when you were warning him about smoking near the butane propellant. At least you have the common sense to know that that was dangerous. Do yourself a favor though and politely ignore any safety advice your dad might have - it may help extend your life expectancy.

The concept however was solid and is a GREAT way to save money on a paint job. Dun the same thing myself on beater cars...

  • @arakitai Ahh, well, I would not ignore his safety, he is far from a control freak (I know you were joking xD) Most parents wouldn't even show "such a dangerous thing". And ya, The part of him smoking, I set that up as kinda like a joke.

Thanks for the advice, I may consider this method when I need to paint sometime :)

  • How about opening that thing and put some fire to it ?

  • @laura43fun it was an idea since it is pressurized with butane (lighter fluid) but the fire could possibly go inside the can and explode if oxygen somehow got in the can.

  • Somehow, after this, I can jokingly imagine your father saying something like, "REAL MEN don't worry about fire, or use safety glasses!" ... moments before an accident. :p ~ Why, on the 3rd & 4th can, did he drill near the edge instead of in the center of the bottom? ~ Nice "murder scene" transition. :p :)

  • @maintoc I do not know why he did it on the side then, it worked fine the other way. Oh well, same results besides that one geyser. It is almost like a carbonated drink. Put any liquid under pressure with a specific gas and it absorbs the gas, once the pressure is released, it slowly releases the gas. Carbonation of a drink is the most common example of this.

Yes, you like my "Pimped Transition" with the little ? at the bottom. I will use that a lot from now on.

  • Wow, this reminds me of my dad and I, we'd be doing a project together, him with his shirt off, and me telling him to put out that damn cigarette, lol

  • @zker666 yes, I have created experiments with light cigarettes. I tried to see if the hot tip would ignite anything. I found it not to. First I pulled out the hot tip and stuck it in dead grass. No fire. Then I dropped the hot coal in gasoline a few times, no deal. Then the last try, I stuck it in a lot of gas fumes and blew on it to make it hotter and no deal. My conclusion, nothing will combust with a cigarette . It has to be something like a hot wood coal or a different material.

  • @juniortore1 I think you meant "lit" cigarettes, not "light" cigarettes. Anyway, that's a lot of little experiments/tests you ran there. I'm surprised at the results, actually.

  • @maintoc they sis something similar on mythbusters too

  • @juniortore1

Famous last words ! The cemetry is full of idiotic experiments like this. lets hope yougsters can' t log on eh.

  • @codafile LOL. I dont know how to comment this. If you know what you are doing, it is a great way to get money for your cans (I have yet to make a follow up of THIS video) And, if you dont control what you do, and release the gas too fast (like the last can "volcano"), ya... that's it

If you dont have the tools to do it, dont do it :D
