Cool video. They fly over my house sometimes en route to a nearby hospital. Love that 'shrieking' sound. It's the University of Chicago Hospitals' Aeromedical Network (UCAN) helicopter, call sign: AeroMed-One.

It was also used on the TV show "ER".
