so. Once you download the custum firmware thing can you just add games to your normal memory stick and it can play things like resident evil? Do you always need the pandoras battery and magic memory stick in?

My psp slim recently broke. i would flip the switch and the green light would appear and noting else. then the light would turn off. i assumed it was bricked, even though i never tried to downgrade or run any homebrews on it. if i bought a pandoras battery how would i run it if my psp wont turn on? please help

you have to make a pandora battery, which is easy but be careful, then you need the magic memorystick which there are a whole load of vids on how to do it then you just put them both in and boom it should turn on automatically from what i've heard....

I don't know any stores that sell it, your best bet is to order it online (and yes it will downgrade it)

what is a pandoras battery? is it for downgrading? cause the name sounds like it makes it last forever. if u want it downgraded, i bought my slim already downgraded...but at the philippines

Yes it downgrades PSP's and also unbricks them if they are bricked for all of us who can't get a hold of a pre-hacked PSP from the Philippines.

No there are other ways but they require low firmwares like 3.03 or something

Yeah there was a lot when it first cracked but it magically healed itself

That crack IS the psp's LCD not the faceplate
