the english version always does that. check out the neos duel agaianst aster. the scene where jaden and his friends are looking at his deck. you'll see...saturn, or mars, god i can't remember. watch an episode that does that mistake, and watch the japanese subbed one, it'll sort of make sense.

For those who constantly call Card Effects into question while watching these shows, pay attention.

The cards we play with are often created from the ones in the show, meaning the ones in the show appeared first. Then, when they are released into the TCG they tweak them and try to give them balanced effects, or else you'd see what happens in the show where every single persons decks are completely overpowered.

Hope that gives some insight to those saying anyone "cheats" in the show.They don't.

Say i have 14 Cards in my hand and its my turn (it was Jaden's Turn).

If he ended his turn he would lose cuz if u end and u have 8 or more cards, you lose. 1 turn with 8+ (your turn) your still in though.

the only way u can lose with no cards in ur deck is by not being able to draw during the start of ur turn an u have no cards to draw any other time means nothing

actually its called a forced deck out. If you have no cards and say your attacked by a Bistro Butcher (requires you to draw 2 cards when attacked) you automaticly lose. This rule was introduced in 2008.
