how come back then the bars were so much closer together than they are now? Cause that one dismount she does probably wouldn't be possible today cause the bars are so far apart (the one where she basically flips around the bottom bar w/ no hands and flys off)

I watch this routine almost every week for the past three years and everythime it blows my mind. that girl was way ahead of her time. Just think that 3 decades later and the Comaneci salto is an E element in today's code of points.

Please can someone recognise the music...It's one of the best classical pieces I've heard. Thank you so much for uploading this video. It's is so inspiring. I am a weightlifter but Nadia is the only athlete that makes my jaw drop. What she performs is utter beautiful. Perfection of a sport!

I am not a sports fan but when ever I see a Nadia Comaneci video I am totally amazed at like her super human ability's.

I don't think their will be a Nadia again she is a very rare Romanian women.
