Yes it's in latin, it's from Llibre Vermell de Montserrat, a collection of songs if you will, this specific one is about the inevitability of death and a warning not to "sin".

In "El Llibre Vermell de Montserrat", there's some songs in catalan, but in latin too. "Ad Mortem Festinamus" is latin, but, for exemple, "Los Set Goytx", is catalan. Anyway, this song is based in "Ad Mortem Festinamus", but the music is totally different in El Llibre Vermell; just the lyrics are the same. Both of two are amazing.
