The MacBook Air was a pretty awesome notebook back in 2008. Now it's outdated and needs serious revision. Give it Intel Core i3 and 1/2 USB port and 10 hour battery life like the rest of your Macbooks and it will once again be a nice competitor.

I have a macbook pro and I think the only time I have used the cdrom drive was to upgrade to Snow Leopard. The CD is almost dead.

@adlowdon Keep in mind when the Air was first released there was no 13" MBP, it was just the MacBook. However, my iPad laughs at the thought of 5 hour battery life.
