did you cover the pod filter somehow? or just left it open near where the front right hand side of the bumper? im thinking of getting this exact model and it'd be great if u can tell me :)
Why are you in a 06 TSX only getting 178 hp on an engine that is stock 200-205hp? Doesn't make much sense to me...I know engine wear plays a factor but geeeze you must have beat it to death
i can hear the high lift cam engage on my wife's 07 easily. i disconnected the silencer and it can really be heard now. I have a modified 02 wrx that i love, but i also love the sound of her engine hitting 6k
because stock intake don't make any sound. but personaly i don't like the sound of injen, the apexi is better. injen is a deeper sound compare to apexi. i think apexi wins.

you lose 15% in the transfer to the wheels. 178 is just under 14%

i just got mine in today..it sounds amazing and you can definitely feel the power increase and the i-vtec sounds sweet!

i put in my Injen a week ago and it sounds NICE... not sure what Apexi sounds like but dont matter... everyone has their own discretion
