The song is Hawaiian, and this version was recorded in the 1930s. It's called "Ta-Hu-Wa-Hu-Wai". In the USA, it was more frequently recorded with English lyrics as "The Hawaiian War Chant", which is completely opposite of the meaning of the original Hawaiian lyrics.
