like MadmansProductions says it's better to start by bringing the left hand over to catch on the reverse. (CounterClockWise).

You'll be able to do the catch and move straight into the genocide without having to pause to change direction. Also your hands will be in a much better position for mini genocides.

thats a creative way of showing how.. works though..

if i may, wrapping the diabolo ccw with you're left hand in stead of cw with your right, you don't have to swing it around so much and instantly move in for the trick.
