I was standing right in front of the motel about 20 yards from the fire. It gave me a feeling of what Hell was going to be like. the fire went under the interstate and was shooting out of the openings where the water normally runs. finally after about 30 minutes the fire department made us back up further away. I saw something like this happen down on the bridge between Key Largo and Islamorada. Although the one I saw was a gasoline tanker which apparently overheated and cooling systems failed, causing a blevy.
Grammy, if you post videos, don't sensationalize it by describing it wrong. There wasn't an explosion. Take the wor explosion out of the title. You got a big fat one star from me.

there was an explosion before i got started filming,
my hubby saw it flip over and explode, if you read my description it tells you that we are watching a fuel burn after the fact :)
