The duet is on the Philip Bailey album "Chinese Wall". Phil Collins has a solo version. I don't know if they released the duet on a Phil Collins album. Another great version is by Earth Wind and Fire.

I have to say the single version is just the album version sped up a half-tone higher. Because, the album version is 5:05 and speeding that up roughly 4% brings the track time down to just 4:50 (15 seconds difference). Correct?

The promo video uses the sped-up single version.
