You get comparable Horde mounts but you dont get to keep your Mechanostrider....it 's exchanged for a Raptor, for example. If you have the bronze Drake or Netherdrakes, you would keep those cause they are neutral.

If you have the achievement already you dont have to worry about losing that.

lol it's not fake, it's showing both horde and alliance mounts, the majority of them are from the Argent Tournament, the flying Gnome head is Mimiron's Mount there was the Sea Turtle, and the Two achievement mounts from Ulduar, they're all real mounts, but yeah, it was on a Private server, instant cast mounting, flying mounts in dalaran and cross faction mounts, granted they're all still real and obtainable

It's from doing Yogg Saron (last boss in Ulduar, but I expect you knew that =P) without any keepers (the [alone in the dark] achievement). I'm fairly certain it is a 100% drop rate, but I'm not sure if it is only on the 25man version or if you can get it on both 10 and 25 man.
