lol why the fk would the goverment go to sutch great strength to fake moon landings and all that wtf XD now id udnerstand if space is jsut sometihng to big for your small braisn to handle but you cna reach space saying u cna go to the moon disprooves airplanes as well becosue shuttles we used today land on earth liek a plane and are much liek a plane it improves how the y get to and from space
@Si3z3 It costs a lot to haul 50,000 lbs of wings and tail and fuselage to space, both in mass and money. It costs about $10,000 USD per pound to get to orbit. As cool and awesome as the shuttle is, it's highly inefficient.
0 g is an issue of gravity. That's not a factor when in freefall (orbit). Plasma doesn't necessarily use air. Ion engines do use atoms in space, though(like hydrogen, the most abundant element in the universe).
It wasn't a freakin' bomb! It didn't, itself, explode. It just slammed into the surface to kick up deep dirt (something totally beyond what the Apollo missions were equipped for).
Definitely they are hiding something from the public view...
just look at the lCROSS mission, why on earth they have to nuke to find out water? Wouldn't land there a drill for water? Obviously the 1969 moon landing was fake then?
there was no nuke onboard. Had there been a nuke onboard, the explosion would have been visible to the nake eye, no way of hiding it. The fact that you assume that NASA has sent a nuclear payload to the moon and detonated it suggests to me that you are not as educated in nuclear physics in general or the effects or weaponized nuclear payloads in particular. Do you have any idea how bright a flash is from a nuclear explosion?
Well for a start, on earth we dig the ground to get water ( we don't propel expensive spacecraft to dig out water?)- Second some devious scientists are capable to nuke anything asteroid, humans (Hiroshima to wipe out civilians..) - Third, never trust what is said in the mainstream media as news content are filtered, hence Mars is coloured to appear red and no high definition photos of the moon surface..
If u Nuke a crater, no flashy light to entertain the viewer! haha
what if it happens on the darkside of the moon? wouldnt the light bending around the darkside mask the flash. Not saying it is true but not impossible.
I completely agree. It is DEFINITELY time for NASA to move beyond LEO and stretch the boundaries of human potential and expand our presence into space!!!
how about we make you the next spaceman, and we lunch you tomorrow to mars with around 40-50% chance of return, which mankind is capable atm, without further testing and research..
Hell I'll go! I'm not in the best of shape to resist the G required to leave orbit but I'd Still strap to a rocket no brainer for me. You tell me, hey buddy you got a chance at space I'd be like ok sign me up. Don't tell me anything else just I have a chance at it.

Can somebody explain to me why every orbiter since the apollo days has yielded almost no good images?
The recent LRO images of the apollo landing sites being the exception.
But where are the images from the Japanese? Clementine from the 90's, the Indian orbiter, the Chinese orbiter?
And now we are headed to October 2010 and almost no images from the LRO.
What is so important that the public, who paid for this can't get the uncompressed, *.raw images?

This is because nasa does not want the public to run their enhancement programs on them and see what they don't want u to see.

what do you mean "..nasa does not want the public to run their enhancement programs on them.."
What are "enhancement programs"?

well knowing NASA could only be a fake missile making a fake impact in front of a fake media with a cardboard cutout audience watching ...

I hope none of you buy NASA's excuse to bomb the moon. They are simply trying to see if something stops the missle before it hits.
